FHA/VA/USDA basic scan

The 7 substances tested within this package typically meets or exceeded FHA, VA & USDA mortgage loan requirements. It is up to you to check with your lender underwriter on what is required to be tested to satisfy your loan.

Water samples must be collected by our Field Technician that is a disinterested third-party to satisfy Federally Insured mortgage loan requirements.


Well Certification

This is often needed in addition to the Water Testing to satisfy FHA, VA amd USDA loans or real estate purchase agreements. The Technician visiting the site only makes observations and does not diagnose or troubleshoot. (Sorry, we do not offer this service in the state of Michigan)

Physical Condition

Our Field Technician will perform a non-intrusive visually observation and report the type of well, the condition of the wellhead and any readably accessible equipment.

Well Performance

Our Field Technician will measure and report the short term Flow Rate (G.P.M.) and Pressure (P.S.I). This is needed to confirm the well can provide a sufficient amount of water to the dwelling(s).

Proper Distance

Our Field Technician will measure and report the distance between the well and septic. This is needed to confirm the distance is compliant to local requirements/codes.
